1. From which age can children do a ski or snowboard course?
From 3 years of age. For the very small children around three years old we recommend a 2 hour "trial" card, to see if they like it. The cost of this card is deducted from the total course price, if the child continues with lessons. Children who want to snowboard must be 5 years or older. Children under 5 who want to snowboard can be booked into private lessons.
2. Where do the ski and snowboard courses take place?
The beginners start in our exercise area on the nursery slopes, and stay there for the first 2 or 3 days. After that they progress to the middle station, where the more advanced lessons are held. All snowboarding courses begin from day 1 at the middle station.
3. What do we need to bring on the ski and snowboard course?
A complete set of skis, boots and poles or snowboard and boots. Don't forget warm clothing, gloves, sun cream and we recommend a helmet, especially for children.
4. Do the parents stay with their children during the course?
We recommend that you bring your child along on Sunday to the Kids Ski Area so you can meet the ski instructors. After that we would prefer to teach the children without the presence of the parents, as we know from experience, that Mum and Dad can be a huge distraction! Our snow sport instructors will look after your children very well.
