| 13. Where can we collect our children after lessons? |
| The meeting place is also the collection point. If you are unsure or if there is any change in this arrangement your snowsport instructor can inform you. |
| 14. Do I get my money back if I don't like the ski course? |
| No. We can only return money if you have a medical reason, and a Doctor's note, to say you are unable to attend. If, for any reason, you did not enjoy your ski school lessons, please inform us and we will do our best to find a solution. |
| 15. Where is the Ski School Office? |
| We are easy to find in the centre of the village of Söll. There is also a ski hire shop where you can hire out all the necessary equipment, and we sell lift passes too (at the same prices as the lift company). Ask your accommodation owner for more information. |
| 16. How early do we need to book private instruction? |
| Naturally, the sooner the better! We will take bookings for private lessons sometimes as late as one hour beforehand, but this depends on availability of instructors. |
| 17. Do you also work with a ski hire? |
| Yes. DAVE'SPORT are in the same place as the ski school office and we also have combination deals of ski school and ski or board hire, for lower rates. More information about set packages on Kidscourses, Adultscourses and Snowboardcourses. |
